The funnel pages, forms and emails are provided through systeme.io. When you open these pages, necessary connection data such as IP address, access time, browser and device information may be processed to deliver and protect the website (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

The sign-up form and confirmation email run through systeme.io. You confirm your request by clicking the link in the email. According to systeme.io, unconfirmed contacts are automatically deleted after 24 hours. Your email address is used to confirm your request and provide access to the report (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR).

You can request a free New Era Leader Report here. The sign-up form asks for your first name and email address. After email confirmation, you reach the page where you generate your report. That page asks for your name, place, date and time of birth to calculate and display your Human Design report. Birth details are not collected on the sign-up form.

Subject to the GDPR's conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability of your personal data. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent for future processing at any time. You can also complain to a data protection authority. Confirmed contact details are kept only as long as needed to provide the report and, if you consent separately, email updates, unless a legal retention duty applies. You may ask for deletion. Withdrawing email consent stops future marketing messages; it does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.
